PGC Finance is a loan advisory and referral platform. We are not a bank or a non-banking financial company (NBFC) and do not directly lend money. We help customers compare loan products and connect with our partner banks and NBFCs, who are the actual lenders.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of India to use our loan application services. Final eligibility for any loan product is determined solely by the respective lending bank or NBFC.
Submitting an enquiry or application through our website does not guarantee loan approval. Loan approval, interest rate, processing fee and tenure are determined entirely at the discretion of the partner bank/NBFC based on their internal credit policies.
PGC Finance does not charge customers any fee for using our comparison and referral services. Any processing fee, interest or other charges applicable to a loan are levied directly by the lending bank/NBFC as per their terms.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and design, is the property of PGC Finance unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission.
PGC Finance shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a partner bank's decision to reject, delay or modify the terms of a loan application.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
